Missing control buttons

Control buttons are junk. The same problem as many below have stated. First they pop off and when you try to re-insert to screw back on they fall inside. I only have the lowest setting button left, along with the light and on/off button. Is there a way to remove the panel to get into the unit to screw them back on properly?

Great hood, performs as advertised. Not too loud, lighting is very good over the stove. The laser cut plastic covering was a bit of a pain to get off, but the install was quick and easy. Nice to have the option to vent outside or recirculate. Happy with our purchase so far!

The hood has broken twice in the last 2 years. The buttons are very flimsy and break easy.

I purchased this item a couple months ago and the lights already went on it.i called customer service before I even checked the lights I was going to be charged for them to come out..anyways I went to Lowe’s where I purchase it paid 17 dollers for 2 small light bulbs.
