The temps were always incorrect. It took forever to get to the set temps. Had to monitor the temp with a thermometer. The light in the oven was not bright enough. Had to return the oven, to many problems.

Just â¤ï¸my new Bosch double convection oven! This oven is far better than any oven I have ever had! I Was so happy to get rid of a double Viking oven! Love the proof setting and pizza settings! I have made restaurant quality pizza using thos oven! The choice between the convection bake and roast setting makes a big difference and how mests turn out! Made a delicious Prime Rib on New Years using the convection roadt setting and it came out perfect! The popovers were beautiful using the convection bake setting Worth the 3 month wait!
