We bought ours back in Nov 2018. It was installed in Dec 2018. A few weeks later it died. It had to be replaced. This past week, the second wall oven died. We are now waiting for the repairman to check it out. I wished we had gone with another manufacturer. The screen dies - first wall oven. The screen dies - second wall oven. We were told by the repairman the first time - it was a KNOWN ISSUE but we were not told.

This product is overpriced and overrated and noisy when operating.. I used it only once. After that the fan stopped working. After several attempts to get the oven preheated an error message appeared. I haven’t cooked a meal in it yet.

I bought this oven about a month ago and I love it! It was easy to connect to WIFI and all the features that offers you is awesome! I love that it tells you when it’s pre-heated on your phone that helps with multi tasking that cooking involves!
