Oven temp is inconsistent

i bought my range and microwave over 18 months ago. right after the one year, it all went downhill. service tech replaced parts to no avail. they finally gave up. we have to bake, standing at the oven and turn it off then on to keep temp up. now the microwave is not cooking on popcorn setting and the door switch broke yesterday. horrible experience with customer support and tech said this is very common for this brand.

Problem with stovetop burners

the stove looks nice but the 2 front inner burners and the rear right small burner all turn off and on after about 10 seconds into turning the burners on high. there is no way anything would ever come to a boil with the burners doing this. the only one that is not having the problem so far is the rear left burner. repairman is coming out today to diagnose the problem.

I love this oven. It has so many features and looks great too. I love that is has 4 burners and a warming burner so you can keep things warm while cooking. Also the two front burners can be small or large depending on your pan size. The burners heat up really well and you really need it only on 3 to really cook things. The oven is so amazing too because the heating element is not sitting in the middle of it so its very simple to clean and wipe up messes. It also heats up quickly and holds the temperature really well. I love this oven. It also very easy to clean.

We recently upgraded our range to the new Samsung 5.9cu ft. freestanding electric range. My wife is the primary one to prepare meals in our home but I have found myself using this range quite a bit. It heats quickly whether you are using the oven or one of the eyes, and with the smooth glass top the clean up is a breeze. I recently helped my wife prepare a large meal on our new range and the warming eye was a wonderful addition on this range. We definitely made the right choice upgrading to the Samsung Freestanding Electric range.

Our much anticipated delivery of our new Samsung Electric Range NE59T4311SS finally arrived Sat. 11/14/2020. It is a sharp looking freestanding range, black cook top with stainless steel backed control panel and stainless steel warming drawer below. It has four cooking pads and a warmer pad. Samsung was very thoughtful in designing the heating elements giving the user more control options. Even though we have only used this range for two days we love it so far and the wife is very happy with is range.
