Defective Oven Floor Response Needed

Please stop asking me to rewrite a review. We have a defective oven. The enamel floor has cracked and flaked and is a SEVERE and DANGEROUS HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE. The convection oven cannot be used because the fan blows any and all particles around the oven. This means the enamel flakes could end up in our food. I am waiting to hear from Samsung that they will pay for the service technician and all repairs or replacements that may be needed to correct this defect. Samsung has recommended contacting a technician to come but we should not have to pay the $100 service call. This oven is just over 1 year old. We fear the dangers that using the oven for our family dinners may cause. Please let us know the service and repair/replacement costs are covered so we may begin to correct this health and safety issue. We will then be willing to rewrite our review once all is corrected.

we purchased a full appliance package of samsung appliances just over 1 yr ago. the biggest disappointment is the range. the oven floor enamel has cracked and flaked off causing major concerns. after calling samsung direct and with the inner part not available we were left with a dangerous health and safety issue that samsung stated we would need to pay the $100 service call fee to have it addressed. this is a confection oven and when in use, the fan blows any and all particles, including any enamel flakes into the food being baked. covering the food is not always the method needed to prepare your family's food. this is a dangerous health and safety issue. please do not buy a samsung product for the health and safety of your family.
