Disappointed in LG customer service

I am extremely disappointed in LG customer service. I purchased a TV 3 years ago that failed last year. Customer service did not help. It also seems LG product quality has decreased over the past decade. It is as if they are trying to cut corners wherever possible. Will never purchase another LG product.

Ive had this dishwasher for about 9 months now. Its great. The only drawback is that it doesnt dry very well. Even when I select the extra dry option.

Some disappointments with my new LG dishwasher

I wasnt told that the dishwasher doesnt have a heating element hence no really drying capability. While I have tried all the suggestions to achieve maximum drying even leaving dishes in overnight until mid-day the next day theres still water many items. Which leads to the second issue which is that the sides of the top rack arent slanted enough to permit cups and glasses to tilt far enough for the water to dry on the bottoms so need to hand dry them all as theyre removed.

This dishwasher is the most quietest dishwasher I have owned. It will clean dishes with all kinds of food on it with the need for prerinseing.
