i purchased electric dryer and delivered on dec 1. but my new home haven’t finished construction. so i unpacked and tired to install on dec 20th. then i fund my home can not use electric dryer. i tried contact with samsung costmer service ask for exchange to gas dryer. but they said they can not do anything after 15 days of delivery. so disappointed.
