love the light inside but i did not get the house for steam option. when i called i was told that is an additional charge unless i payed installation. you should add this to your description box. my opinion on this dryer is that is just a basic dryer as it is not better than any other brand just more expensive. i will not buy more samsung anything for our family of 8.

my dryer was delivered on december 4, 2020 in mid february 2021, just over 3 months it starting making a grinding rubbing noise when drying clothes. called for service, they came and fixed it. two weeks to the day it started making the same noise. at three and a half months i should not have to have 2 service calls for the same issue. when you call customer service is no help! i have been a avid fan of samsung for the last 15 years, over the past 4 years the appliances have become junk! i had one samsung appliance stop working after over just a year and had to replace with another brand. i have another samsung appliance that has been serviced 3 times for the same issue, we did purchase a protection plan, when that expires it will be time for another brand for replacement.
