Horrible product do not buy

had this dryer for 2+ years. it suddenly would not heat up, and would not turn off unless you open the door and left it open. repair man came out and said the mother board went bad and had to be replaced. he could not get the correct motherboard. called samsung they had the motherboard, but technician wanted to charge $140 to come out, $250 for the new motherboard, and $200+ for labor, which was over half the cost of the unit. declined and bought an new american made gas dryer. was told that their motherboards on appliance go out all the time within 1-2 years.

Attractive design, efficiency, and quiet (compare to my old dryer) One odd thing is light does not turn on automatically when door is opened (not sure why they thought that is a good idea).
