in the past, i have purchased many other brands when it comes to washers. i decided to give samsung a try since i was looking at a great price for the washer. let me tell you. disappointment is not on the list of features. this is truly a great machine that does the work, no fail. you will not be disappointed.

this is my first top loader machine, and worse experience ever. i would never buy a samsung washer, all my previous machines where front loader and never have any issues.

i love this washer. i am so glad it has the easy reach tub. but admittedly i still find myself on my tip toes to reach those lone socks at the bottom. the huge drum fits all my bulky bedding and towels. i have only had unbalanced problems 3 times and it was when i first washed large towel loads. i was amazed at all the options and features it has!

I bought this last three weeks, the unit did not work when it arrived. Samsung scheduled fir a service and found out the motor was no good for a brand new machine

wow! i just love this machine! it is quiet and works great for our needs. there are a lot of functions and love you can program it to start tasing later (helps when you have an emergency suddenly pop up), i love the sound when it gets done. beats our old one.
