Our washer has a leaking issue after only having it for a few weeks. Its covered under warranty and someone from LG came to my house to fix it and he flooded my entire hallway and acted like it was ok. He never fixed the problem because it still leaks when we wash clothes.

We have been using this washer for less than a month so it is difficult to give 5 stars right out of the gate. After only a few weeks I can say that we like the machine very much. It is significantly quieter than our old machine. The agitator appears to do a good job cleaning the clothes. The machine also does a thorough job of spinning the clothes so when they go into the dryer they are damp not wet. I love the Deep Fill feature that allows you to add more water to the machine. Lots of options to tailor the standard cycles to your liking. Once the wash cycle is complete the washer plays a pleasant tune to let you know. Our old washer had a repeating annoying buzzer that drove us crazy. Overall very happy with the machine.
