Nothing but trouble Dont waste your money

Does not work if you have a well for water. Gave the IE code when running a Tub Clean cycle nothing but water in tub. After 2 months of trying to get LG to fix it they sent a repair person that basically talked down to my 76 yr. old mother and acted as if she had never used a washer before in her life. The Dryer has issues too. Steer clear of both products

I love this machine.. works amazingly and washes nicely. I dont have to worry about ripped clothes anymore I love that I can throw in small stuff for quick wash.

Bought this a month ago and so far so good. Big upgrade from our last washer. Much more quiet and washes clothes great. I like the additional cycles that can be downloaded over WiFi.

It is humbling to admit that this washer is smarter than I am I love the features and the options that this machine provides. The capacity on this washer is huge and I can see myself washing blankets comforters and other large items in the future. Maybe the feature I like most is that the machine defaults to normal and I can just hit the button and off it goes with predetermined settings. I havent bought a brand new washing machine in over 40 years and when I walk into the laundry room these devices put a smile on my face because they are so stylish and well designed.
