Bought at Costco very reasonably priced. The best thing we liked was the quality of materials used. It did not sound like empty can. Well-built all around. Ease of controls. This is wash and dryer combo well suited for Retired empty nest couple. Meets all our needs. This unit is quite low so I had to build a steady platform to rase it up about 3 inches now we can install countertop. Uses less water than my old top loader. Very happy with this LG appliance.

I bought this washer/ dryer combo for my mother she has recently downsized her home in to my newly added granny suite. The washer/ dryer works efficiently within its nested closet. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Horrible ability to dry clothes

I have this unit in my apartment and my clothes are never dry even after running through a dry only cycle. And why do the default setting require hours to complete a small load? I would seriously be better off washing my clothes like a pioneer rather than use this sorry excuse of a washer/dryer. I will NEVER purchase LG for myself. Literally useless.

Weve had this for 2 years now and only one slight problem happened to those two years that we had it. We havent connected to Wi-Fi or dont use a lot of the features that it probably has only because we really didnt know how to use them for two older individuals who just didnt have the technical skills to figure it out but it would be nice if they gave a class on it

Just added this to an apartment. Running on a normal electrical outlet and not needing to run a vent out of the apartment was key. The washing and drying are fine.
