Worst service and product I have owned

Bought 800 series refrigerator in March 2022. Water dispenser leaked severely beginning June 2022 then Ice maker stopped working. It is 10/7/22 and still waiting for service!! Awful company to deal with. Poor standards and customer support!

Potential but nonworking

My brand new appliance came to me broken. Bosch customer service was very nice, but I had to wait months to attempt to fix the unit and now am waiting for a replacement. I think it should have been replaced immediately, as soon as it was reported as not cooling. Again, it was brand new. I was very excited about this sleek "mini" model but have not been able to use it yet. I hope the replacement arrives without issue.

Broken Ice Maker

Its ice-maker went broken in less than 2 years. It does not produce any ice anymore. Very Frustrating when you have bought thousands of dollar products from Bosch and there is no warranty after a year from the purchase date.

800 Series bottom freezer refrigerator

I went from a French door refrigerator to this Bosch 24†refrigerator and was very skeptical of it being functional for my husband and I. I opted for the ice maker because we live 365 days a year in a warm climate. The ice maker works awesome dumping enough ice to keep us happy! There is plenty of room for all of our food needs. The only thing I would change, is the refrigerator door shelves - I would like them to redesign the upper 2 shelves so they are adjustable. The 2 top door shelves are too close together to fit tall skinny bottles. This is the only reason I rated this refrigerator as “4 Stars “. I love my refrigerator!!
