Pretty on the outside but not the inside

this model has been a total waste of our time and money. on our first try to use it, we had to throw out the food that melted / went bad and spent hours cleaning up. it’s been four months. it still does not stay close to the temperature set. we set the fridge to 36f and left it closed for 5 days. the service tech registered 43f when he got there. he said he did not get any error codes and the samsung tech he called told him that this was "normal" the temperature could fluctuate as much as 7 to 9 degrees! bacteria grows most rapidly between 40° and 140° f. so, while samsung techs say it is "acceptable" for the temperature to go that high, it is totally unacceptable to me as a consumer who cares about my family’s health! i hope that samsung does the right thing and refunds our money.

love the fridge but the ice maker freezes up once a week and its beyond a pain in the butt to fix! im sooooooo mad!!!

Cleaning nightmare

this is withour a doubt the worst fridge i’ve ever owned. ive had to reset the ice maker atleast 4 times. the water pitcher leakes when you poor it. most of all its terrible to clean. the produce drawers have a small opening in the bottom that has managed to get shredded cheese in it and theres no way to get it out. ive triee compressed air, sloshing water around nothing. photo below. my child spilled a smoothie over in the left door storage and same situation stuck no way to get it out. ive called samsung for tips or to see if i can remove the drawer to clean it and they had no idea. photos below to show what im talking about.

I bought my refrigerator over a year ago and it has continued to best my expectations. It has plenty of space in both the refrigerator sections and lower freezer.
