great refrigerator, looks and work amazing. it was a lot of bad reviews about ice maker but guess samsung find the solution it works perfect. looks very elegant.

i debated on going directly through samsung for the purchase of our fridge however thought, what could go wrong? the fridge was delivered with the box tore to shreds, you can see my fridge through the box. i took an entire day off of work to wait for the fridge to be delivered and installed. they dropped it off, said they don’t install it and left. i have four kids and no fridge. contacting customer service for two days straight with a “let me transfer you maam†and a, “i’m sorry maam, someone will call you back†doesn’t work for me. i now am spose to take another day off work for them to install yet there is still no date in sight for an install.

Big fridge but not a lot space I can’t put large bottles in. The doors are a pain to close so you have to shut them hard to close

I have this fridge for about 3 months, & what can I say this fridge is a beauty to start off!! Features of cooking dinner, playing music , setting up your own calendar from your phone ,reminders from your fridge on when to close your fridge !!! Looking inside your fridge from anywhere at anytime from your phone is amazing and saves you from buying unnecessary food! Answering phone calls when your hands are busy ! Nice family pictures on my appliance makes my home a home !Recomend this fridge to two of my friends and went ahead and purchased the exact fridge they are amazed Will continue buying SAMSUNG FOR ALL MY TECHNOLOGY NEEDS ! YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG WITH SAMSUNG....Thank you best investment love my fridge and so does everyone who comes in my home !
