Horrible filters

we changed our water filter last night and got up to water all over the kitchen! hardwood floors and refrigerator oaked with water dripping everywhere and large amounts of water to clean up. took 2 plus hours and now water turned off so no use of ice/water on refrig. so irritated with samsung and the products they are throwing out to consumers! faulty filters and seriously it should be easier process! not happy! never again will we buy samsung appliances! would give you 0 stars!

Hard time replacing filter

ive changed the filter and water leaked everywhere. i had to keep removing it and installing it for it to work. i finally got it to fit but now my fridge hasn’t updated that the filter is replaced. it is still asking me to replace so now im unsure if its installed propery.

purchased genuine filters 2 pack and they dont fit, i am hoping that samsung fixed the issue and i can find filters that fit, so frustrating. it seems that this is a major issue, so samsung have you fixed it yet, do you have fters that fut out $3000 refigerators?

very easy to install. i had to use pliers to remove the existing water filter but it was not that bad. i was really worried from the other reviews about the water filter not fitting but i did not have any issues installing the new one. i believe the year model of my refrigerator is 2020.
