We bought this from PCRICHARDS earlier this year. It was delivered and installed in May. In the past few weeks it has gone from not dispensing water to the freezer and refrigerator being completely dead - no fan sounds at all - and everything is getting warm but the app diagnostic says everything is fine and the door claims the internal temps are 38 and 0. Service has been out a number of times - still not fixed. What a piece of junk Sorry I replaced my last fridge of 25 years - with NO ISSUES...

Ive had this fridge for about a year and a half. I love the door in door feature. I live in AZ where the intense heat mandates lots of hydration so I keep the front area of the fridge stocked with a lot of drinks. Its great to be able to access without opening the entire door. The see through panel is also convenient.

Compressor Warranty on 3 year old refrigerator

10 year Compressor went bad Intial repairman doug said my unit was not under warranty even though he fixed my icemake 2 years ago. When the unit was less than 1 year old. Compressor has a 10 year warranty. Lg however did make it right And repaired free of cost.

After 4 years my LG fridge decided to to take a permanent hiatus. I was worried the appliance was out of warranty so I was expecting the worst. To my surprise LG covered the issue and contacted an LG certified technician to replace the parts needed. The Tech immediately reached out and gave me tips on what ti do until the repair day. The tech arrived and fixed the fridge in a timely manner and was extremely nice Definitely purchase LG in the future. Thank you
