Compressor went dead four times in a matter of 4 years every time the same issue last time tech could not even fix it. This fridge is total BS.

We purchased this product 4 years ago. We like the door in door feature the best. It was purchased to replace our other refrigerator after 16 years it quit working. So far we are pleased with this replacement refrigerator except right before 4 years old the compressor or something went out of it. It isnt staying cold waiting for repairs to happen. We thought it was going to be fixed a lot sooner then it is. Hard to find a repair person to work on something that is under warranty. It has been a great refrigerator

Love the fridge - not the compressor

We bought our fridge in fall 2018 mainly because of the 10 year warranty. Little did we know that parts of the warranty only last for 5 years. Our fridge failed about three months before the five year mark. Thankfully LG covered the entire cost of replacing several parts. LG does not cover the replacement parts for very long though. I really hope and pray that the repaired fridge lasts at least another five years...preferably 20 like fridges of days gone by.

I bought it 4 years ago and I have been happy with it but I had to get it serviced 2 times because something was wrong with it. It stopped working.
