Purchased fridge 5/27 - it never kept a proper fridge temp. Per warranty, waited 2 weeks for service appointment, 30 days for new part that never came. Waited more time for a decision on replacement. Got replacement fridge 10/13/22. Today - 10/26/22 - freezer isn’t keeping the proper temperature. Not gonna fight the system any longer. Ordered a new fridge from Costco and I’m going to have them haul this piece of crap away. Nothing like paying for 2 refrigerators and getting 1.

We just bought our first new refrigerator ever. As first time home buyers we are slowly upgrading the ancient appliances left by the previous owner. Our gorgeous new refrigerator arrived in its box today. Joy! Then we find it is missing a part! The front rail on the shelf that the deli drawer should be attached to, that enables the shelf to “float†and move left to right, is completely missing! The deli drawer has no support and just hangs unless we put one of the other shelves directly below it. This makes it impossible to use and it feels like we spent money to replace an inconvenient broken refrigerator just for another inconvenient broken refrigerator. Very disappointing!

I am happy with my new Frigidaire so far. My old refrigerator stopped cooling and I needed to downsize anyway. Lowes delivery and setup went well.

Love refrigerator, icemaker is junk.

I purchased this refrigerator after reading many articles in consumer reports. This is the refrigerator they recommended in my category. I love the refrigerator. I wish they would have rated the icemaker for this refrigerator. It is supposed to make 2 pounds of ice per day when in reality it is lucky to make 2 pound of ice per week. The icemaker was installed on the refrigerator at the time of delivery by Lowes. At $150, the icemaker should work better than what it does. I guess I’ll just have to use ice trays, like they did in prehistoric times.
