Return Policy:  Factory sealed items may be returned within 15 days for a full refund.  This refund will be given in the same form we received payment.  Open box items will be subject to inspection.  All included accessories and manuals need to be returned with the item or the return is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Items delivered or installed by Karl’s may be exchanged within the first 30 days.  The warranty on the replacement model will start from initial date of purchase.

All items require a 25% deposit at the time of sale.  This deposit is non-refundable on special order models. 

All sales must be paid in full prior to scheduling delivery

As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website.
