Ive had this tv for about a month now and so far have really enjoyed it. the picture quality is great and sound quality is about average. The only issue i have is sometimes when switching video inputs it toggles back and forth on its own and you have to keep pressing the button on the remote to make it stop gonna have to find out why this happens.

I bought an lg thinq flat screen in August. 6 weeks later the screen cracked and pic was no longer visible Customer service replaced my tv without hesitation The picture is fantastic The only thing im not crazy about is the remote control. Dont like the random cursor movement

We purchased this TV 6 weeks ago. The price was reasonable compared to other comparable makes and models. It was easy to setup and its easy to use. The picture is quite nice. It replaces our 13 year old Sony TV which was fairly high end at the time. We havent used any of the smart features yet we just watch TV and occasionally DVDs and stream. The remote works well to but we only use it when needed we use the cable TV remote most of the time.

We purchased this tv 3 weeks ago. Set up was easy and the price was right. We use a sound bar so I cant comment on the tvs true sound. Our only compaint is no matter what we do how many LG supports we try or YouTube videos we watch the picture is is too dry dark especially during night scenes. This has been very frustrating and nothing helps. We can make it tolerable but there have been times I choose to watch a show or movie in a different room on a different tv. But overall its easy to use the remote works well and we enjoy the smart tv features.

I bought this a few weeks ago and all I can say is there are too many advertisements and too many different screens you have to navigate through to set simple things up. I love the picture the sound is awesome but honestly its just too over complicated for what it does and the programming needs gutted and redone.
